Options Research Group is recruiting volunteers for a research study on hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). To qualify, you must:

• Be 12 years of age or older
• Diagnosis of HS for at least 6 months prior to screening
• Have the presence of at least 5 inflammatory hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) lesions
• Have HS lesions in at least 2 distinct anatomic areas
• Body weight >30kg
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette location multiple times over up to 13 months (number of visits and length of time differ between studies)

• Be between the ages of 18 and 80 years (inclusive)
• Have chronic, moderate to severe itch on the mid, upper back region due to notalgia paresthetica
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette 8 times over a 12-week period

Options Research Group is recruiting volunteers for a research study on hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). To qualify, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have vitiligo present on the face and body
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette location up to 13 times over the couse of one year, 20 times over a 3-year period or 10 times over a 24-week period (number of visits and length of time differs between studies)

• Be between 18 & 60 years old
• Have a diagnosis of symptomatic CIU for at least 6 months
• Have the presence of itch and hives for more than 6 months despite current use of H1-antihistamines
• Be willing to continue on a stable dose of H1 over the course of the study
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette 16 times over an 11-month period

• Be 18-55 years or older
• Body Mass Index of 18-30kg (inclusive)
• Have a diagnosis of atopic dermatitis/eczema for at least 6 months
• Have active atopic dermatitis/eczema on your body at this time
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette location multiples times over an extended time period (number of
• visits and length of time differs between studies)

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a diagnosis of Alopecia Areata for at least 6 months
• Have 30-95% hair loss (patchy, not thinning)
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette location 11 times over an 8-month period

• Be 2-17 years old
• Diagnosis of mild, moderate or severe plaque psoriasis for at least 3 months
• Parent(s) or legal representative must be capable of giving written informed consent and a child between the ages of 7 and 17 must provide assent, as applicable, which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the consent/assent form; written informed consent must be obtained prior to any study related procedures.
• Be willing to travel to our West Lafayette location up to 21 times over a 12-month period.

Options Research Group is recruiting volunteers for a research study on hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). To qualify, you must:

• Be >6 and <18 years old
• Parent(s) or legal representative must be capable of giving written informed consent and a child between the ages of 7 and 17 must provide assent, as applicable, which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the consent/assent form; written informed consent must be obtained prior to any study related procedures
• History of 1-8 moderate to severe migraine attacks per month which last >3 hours without treatment
• Weight at least 40kg
• Be willing to comply with daily electronic diary entries.
• Be willing to travel to our Westfield location for 16 visits over the course of 15 months.
